Processing time
Orders are processed weekly M-F for ready to ship items. For custom orders, please allow up 15 business days to receive your order unless otherwise stated at checkout.

 

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns and exchanges:
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of each product, please understand that returns and exchanges will not be accepted. However, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with an issues.
